I ran again today.
Learning to slowdown and enjoy life. Sometimes you have to take the time to stop and enjoy life. Look at the following video from Improv Everywhere. Notice those too busy with life, shopping for fruit...they push on with their carts, missing the fruit of life. Those who stopped and took it all in will remember that for the rest of our lives. Sometimes I wonder how much I am missing? What are you missing?
